Reston's year to date net sales total 121 units - 19 single family homes, 2 single family patio homes, 59 townhomes, and 41 condominiums. "The brisk sales can be attributed to the right mix of housing options that meet the needs of today's home buyer. Reston's amenities, convenient shopping, and proximity to Washington, D.C. also make it an attractive community to live in," states Steiner.
Vintage Place, a Miller and Smith project, offers exterior architecture that looks and feels like the original townhomes of Old Town Alexandria and other historical communities. "Vintage Place feels like somewhere you'd want to live. From the brick paved entrance to the authentic post lamps and the elaborate landscaping, Vintage Place is steeped in historic detail," states Rhonda Ellisor, vice president of marketing, Miller and Smith.
